Can I pick up the cool room from your depot or must it be delivered?

Due to their size and weight, we will deliver the cool room to you. A small delivery and pickup fee may apply.

Where will you deliver a cool room to?

We will deliver your cool room anywhere in the Geelong Region, Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula, and the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

What type of power does a cool room require?

All our cool rooms plug into 240 volts and we provide a 10 amp extension lead. All our cool rooms are “tested and tagged”. Whilst no special power supply is required to run a cool room, if you require more than one cool room, they should be plugged into separate circuits. All cool rooms have safety switches. We can also supply a portable generator to run the cool room if you don’t have a power supply.

How much space do you need for a cool room?

When selecting your cool room make sure you consider any restrictions. Do you have appropriate space to accommodate the cool room? Will it be placed inside a structure such as garage or carport?

What time will the cool room arrive?

We will endeavour to deliver your cool room the day before your event. A ‘weekend’ cool room hire is 2 days being Saturday & Sunday. Collection of a weekend hire will normally be scheduled for Monday pending our bookings. If a Sunday pick up is requested then you may incur additional charges. Delivery times will be not be confirmed until 2 days prior to delivery however if you require delivery & collection at specified times on the delivery/pick up days then this may incur additional fees.

What is the minimum hire period?

Two days is the minimum hire time.

Can I hire for a longer term?

Yes, we are happy to arrange a long term rental of our cool rooms at a discounted price.

Are the cool rooms able to be locked?

Yes, you are to provide your own padlock & key for the cool room door if needed. Please be advised it is your responsibility to ensure that the cool room is kept in a secure location to prevent damage or theft

Do I have to clean the cool room after I hire it?

Yes you must clean the cool room after it’s use. We wash and sanitise all of our cool rooms before they are hired so as to be ready for immediate use. We ask that you remove all contents and  give it a general washout for any spillages in the cool room before collection If the cool room is returned dirty a cleaning fee will be charged to the hirer.

How can I pay for our hire?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and EFT we require payment prior to delivery.
